Description & Requirements
The CREW program was originally established to provide early exposure to consulting to undergraduate students with backgrounds underrepresented in the profession.
Learn from women leaders at a top firm
Women are historically underrepresented at strategy consulting firms and we know it. This program is part of our decades-long effort to change that. Come hear from some of the most powerful women leaders in this field about how they’ve thrived here, get a feel for working as a consultant, and build your business toolkit.
We welcome ambitious women in their sophomore (second) year of undergraduate studies in the US and Canada to apply. Following the program, if you are interested, you will have an opportunity to interview for an associate consultant internship opportunity in the US or Canada.
Learn more about us through our affinity group Women at Bain and see what we’re doing about diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Connect with other participants.
Come meet peers, mentors, and future colleagues.
Build your leadership toolkit and better understand the careers available to you.
Learn what’s so exciting about management consulting from powerful people who’ve been in your shoes.
Build your network
At the end of this program, you will have an opportunity to interview for an associate consultant intern position.
Join a talented group that’ll go on to do great things.
Learn what you can grow to achieve at a firm like Bain.
