Vishwajit Joshi is a member of our Performance Improvement practice.
Vishwajit is a seasoned professional with industry and consulting experience spanning over two decades across three geographies. He has a particular focus on manufacturing and supply chain strategy, performance improvement, advanced manufacturing technology, including digital, industry 4.0, GenAi, analytics, and large-scale transformation programs, including capability development and change management.
He also specialises in the life sciences industry with experience working in India, Europe and the US across the value chain for generics, biologics and personalized medicines. He has expertise using digital tools and analytics for pharma R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality improvements/redesign.
In addition, Vishwajit has diverse industry experience ranging from discrete manufacturing, chemical processing and pharmaceuticals to information technology, financial services and outsourcing. He also has diverse product experience ranging from salt and ice cream to diamonds and medicines and diverse functional expertise ranging from R&D and manufacturing operations to legal process outsourcing and M&A.
In his personal time, Vishwajit is a student of the Indian philosophy of Rational Mysticism.
