Hi All, I tried searching for this issue but can find posts mostly about hatchlings.

My Pekin who is a girl around 8 years old, and in otherwise good health, recently has a foot turned inward, making her stumble over herself while walking.

Seems like online suggests either niacin deficiency, or un-correctable deformities.

Before I go the vet route, i'm hoping to understand the possibilities. I know shes on the older side and may be her time, but if we can give her some more time, we'd like to, and if its time to go, what those options are.

I would go with the vitamin supplementation - it may help and won't hurt. Very likely she is ageing and her body is starting to give out. If she is overweight, reduce her feed. Does she have swimming water? Swimming is easier than walking.
