I only just found this thread, but me and Rangey take a hike together several times a week. He’s the best trail buddy I could ask for lol

I miss hiking.
Medical again? If so, is it something you’ll be able to go back to doing? On the days I actually have the energy to hike, I still have to limit myself because of my POTS (runs in the family ) which can be incredibly frustrating. I get that it can be super annoying.

It relates to the driving thing for me. There aren’t really any trails within walking distance of me except one field but the entrance the that is always super overgrown and muddy and there’s a million other off leash dogs so we don’t go there anymore. I would have to drive to get to the other hiking areas.

Oh wow that is AWESOME!!!! A cat hiking!!!
Man, he loves it. He’s like a little nature guide too sometimes with the way he “narrates” the whole hike lol. He has favorite paths but he’ll follow me (or lead the way lol) in any direction, even through the overgrown trails where the grass is twice his height lol. He has to jump through it like a little rabbit just to keep up

Im definitely lucky to have trails on my own property- no way could I take a cat on a public one where there’s dogs everywhere. I hope you can hike again soon, maybe it will be less busy when the weather gets colder? How does Brew do on hikes? Enjoys them?

That’s awesome!!! Our property is too small for trails lol only like an acre or two. Although we do have a marsh I sometimes take him on. And yeah he loves hikes! And he’s good too. He stays pretty close. Usually. LOL but yeah.
