Introduction

• Developing a shared understanding of health and disease common to all the stakeholders involved with delivering integrated care is essential for collaborative working and long-term success
• This module explores the development of health or disease in ways that can inform the planning, delivery and evaluation of interventions to improve outcomes and equity for children and families. (This is a foundation/review module for modules to come later.)
