The individual in this role is responsible for overseeing the R&R Center’s team of Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVTs) and Veterinary Assistants, developing, implementing and overseeing daily monitoring processes, meticulous data collection, and ample and open communication within and between teams.
The successful candidate for this role is a licensed as a Veterinary Technician in the State of New York and a talented and experienced people manager. The Manager, Veterinary Care Staff collaborates daily with colleagues on the behavior and operations team and believes strongly in the benefit of integrated care for sheltered dogs.
