i can relate to that kind of guilt! happy crafting!! 🙂
Some of these I love, some are just objects painted orange. There is no skill required to paint a jar or a piece/ block of wood. I really like the way you made the different sizes of the toilet roll pumpkins. I have recently seen some that just had a piece of fabric stuffed into the core and a piece of wood added. Those ones are not crafty or cute. I also really like the ones made out of books and lids. I would love to make one using a book, but I get the shivers when I think of cutting a book up. Because in these days more than any other time, books are not the popular choice for reading. I often think that maybe books will become obsolete, like video recorder or cassette tapes.
That’s why I would need to talk myself into using a book.
Thanks for sharing your great ideas.
hi sandra! i don’t think books will disappear at least for another 10 years! for a lot of people it’s nice to hold a book, write in a journal, etc! 🙂
I’m choosing number 18 – the dryer vent pumpkin – because that is one that I have admired for several years and haven’t made yet. I made the book pumpkin last fall (and also an apple book-page pumpkin) and many of the others from fabric and paper. I love fall and PUMPKINS!!!
