Mary Ann L. Wymore provides advice, counsel and litigation services concentrated in the related areas of advertising, media and communications, consumer protection, TCPA, intellectual property (including patent litigation, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets), unfair competition, complex litigation, and defense of class action litigation.  She has litigated in federal and state courts throughout the United States and has extensive experience in federal and state appellate practice.  She also is experienced in cross-border litigation.  Ms. Wymore is a certified mediator, and is a panel mediator for United States Arbitration & Mediation.  She is a former journalist, adjunct faculty in communications at UCLA and Southern Methodist University, and adjunct professor of communications law at St. Louis University School of Law.
