Juan Carlos Uribe concentrates his practice on structuring, advising and guiding clients in the development of advertising campaigns, promotional events, unfair competition disputes, database management and licensing, trademarks, copyrights and franchises both in Colombia and abroad. He was designated as a country expert at the International Distribution Institute, located in Turin, Italy which is focused on the study of competition, marketing distribution and franchising regulations. Mr. Uribe is also a member of the International Trademark Association and the International Bar Association.
