Geraint advises some of the biggest and best-known brands in the world, and numerous leading ad agencies, in relation to their advertising campaigns and related contractual, regulatory and IP issues. His clients also include prominent influencers and trade bodies. He advises in relation to all types of creative content across all media, with deep knowledge in the areas of social media and environmental claims. Geraint frequently provides strategic advice for national, multi-jurisdictional and global campaigns. He is experienced in strategically advising and successfully defending clients in relation to investigations by all the main UK regulators, including the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and Competition & Markets Authority (CMA). He is one of the authors and editors of the Advertising Law and Regulation (3rd edition) textbook, published by Bloomsbury.
