Dan Shidlovsky

Senior Associate General Counsel / Bayer Consumer Health

Dan counsels in connection with all facets of Bayer’s consumer health business, including new product and claim development, Rx to OTC switches, digital and social media program design and execution, advertising and marketing, trade and promotion, commercial operations, and transactions (including M&A and licensing), and also handles advertising disputes at the NAD and in court. Dan is responsible for Bayer’s allergy business (e.g. Claritin® and Astepro®) and serves as the general counsel and secretary of Consumer Health’s arm’s length US affiliate companies. Dan received his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
