Joe Orzano, Partner, Seyfarth Shaw LLP in Boston, MA, is co-chair of Seyfarth’s National Advertising & Marketing group and co-chair of the National Product Liability practice group. Joe’s practice focuses on defending consumer class actions involving claims of false advertising and challenges to product labeling.  He also represents clients in competitor advertising disputes, including in litigation and before the National Advertising Division of BBB National Programs, Inc.  In addition, Joe regularly counsels clients on proposed advertising and product labeling.
