Marisol Morkâs practice spans a variety of intellectual property, complex litigation, including class actions, and labor and employment matters in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration. Her litigation practice emphasizes false advertising, trademark and unfair competition claims. Marisol also represents employers in the defense of wage and hour, wrongful discharge, discrimination and retaliation claims. Marisol has significant experience representing and advising clients in the food and beverage industry on a variety of matters.Â
She has been selected as a Southern California Rising Star, a distinction that recognizes the top 2.5% of lawyers in the region under the age of 40 or those in practice for 10 years or fewer.
Prior to her career in law, Marisol was a fifth-grade teacher on the Navajo Nation, New Mexico, as a Teach for America corps member.
Marisol is a member of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
