Elizabeth Brenckman is a principal in the New York office of Fish & Richardson. Ms. Brenckman specializes in trademark and copyright enforcement and litigation matters, and has served as the lead associate on numerous high-profile trademark and copyright litigation matters before federal district and appellate courts and the International Trade Commission. She is a member of the International Trademark Association. Prior to joining Fish, Elizabeth was a trademark and copyright associate at a law firm in Minneapolis, where she specialized in trademark and copyright prosecution matters. Ms. Brenckmanâs experience handling clearance, application and registration matters enables her to offer litigation clients unique, comprehensive advice from both legal and business perspectives. She received her Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in finance from St. Cloud State University and her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys surfing, scuba diving, hiking, backpacking and playing the violin.
