Jessica Bahr is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Constellation Brands, Inc., a leading international producer and marketer of iconic beer, wine, and spirits brands with operations in the U.S., Mexico, New Zealand, and Italy.  Jessica leads the Advertising, Marketing, Promotions & Trade Practices Legal Team, comprised of lawyers and legal professionals responsible for supporting the Marketing and Sales organizations across beer, wine & spirits.  Her practice focuses primarily on strategic counseling on advertising, promotional and privacy matters, creative, packaging & label review, and transactional work, including negotiating and drafting various agreements for sponsorships, agency services, talent and influencer engagements, music licensing, technology services to support the company’s martech stack, and other topics relevant to building and promoting the company’s iconic brands.  Prior to joining Constellation Brands, Jessica worked as an advertising attorney for Re:Sources USA an affiliate of Publicis Groupe, and in private practice at Neal & McDevitt, LLC.
