No notes, best stylus you'll find on the market for digital art on an ipad. It's much heavier than any substitute and my last one lasted me almost 4 years and I got it used at a pawn shop. Who knows what that thing went through before I got ahold of it...
The fact it's the best pen is the REASON I hate it. My last one, the only issue with it is that it stopped holding a charge. I googled places that could replace the battery, and guess what? An apple pencil cannot be repaired, only replaced. Excuse me? Apple, you're so greedy you won't make your $70 fancy little stylus repairable? You'd rather us throw the things into the landfill? It's not even the newest version of you stupid stylus either. Now I have a dead shell of an apple pencil first generation sitting in my drawer wasting away. I'm too spiteful to toss it; I gotta work an entire shift at my minimum wage retail job in order to afford one of these puppies.
And the worst part is there is NO alternative for this pencil. I've spent HOURS on the web searching, and none of them have pressure sensitivity, only tilt sensitivity which sucks. The only pens that do support pressure sensitivity have a cord you have to keep plugged in and have a stupid looking tip with a disk on it. Those also aren't supported on procreate and are less than 50 bucks. I wonder why they're not supported on procreate...
Apple, I hate you and your greed.

I ditched all paper and started taking notes in my Ipad. Got this pencil plus a paper like screen protector. Works like a charm. So far so good and didn't face much problems. Only draw back that I'd say is the magnetic back cover. It falls down very easily if you don't put much care and is easy to be lost. Happened to me couple of time when on filed. Lucky I found it. It'd have been better if it was a screw type.

Works great!! I wish I had got a new pencil years ago! I also love that I was able to finance it for about $20 a month for 6 months! Saved my ass after my last pencil died after a good 5 years of use!
