$20 to $24 an hour, Based on Experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content across various digital platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts to increase engagement.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, business management, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and sales coordination.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Canva, Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic photography, video and editing skills are a plus.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 times a year for trade shows and business events.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and State and Federal background check.
