Our client is looking for TWO self-motivated individuals to join their team and take on various tasks to keep the building in top shape. If you're someone who enjoys a mix of cleaning, landscaping, and basic janitorial work, then this might just be the perfect gig for you!

$20 to $25 an hourResponsibilities
- Perform basic janitorial duties to ensure a tidy environment.
- Clean and maintain the exterior of the building.
- Power wash and sanitize different areas of the property.
- Assist with landscaping tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in maintenance or janitorial work preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift at least 75lbs.
