Mine action program destroys 1063 unexploded ordnance laid by Houthi terrorists in Bab al-Mandab

The mine action program "MASAM" has destroyed 1063 unexploded ordnance laid by the terrorist Houthi militia in Bab al-Mandab area.
The program said in a statement that the destroyed explosives included 446 various shells , 391 various fuses, 93 anti-tank mines, 31 anti-personnel mines, and 5 missiles.
Since the start of its operation in Yemen in late June 2018, the MASAM project has managed to extract 476,432 mines, unexploded ordnance, and explosive devices.
The foreign-backed terrorist Houthi militia planted hundreds of thousands of mines in roads, farms and private homes in several Yemeni governorates, the explosion of some of which led to the martyrdom and injury of large numbers of civilians, most of whom are women and children.
