Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • ½ cup butter, melted

  • 12 ounces chile sauce

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard

  • 5 pinches curry powder

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the melted butter/margarine, chili sauce, lemon juice, salt, mustard and curry powder. Mix well.

  3. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish and pour mixture over chicken. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes or until tender and juices run clear.
