Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 3 tablespoons white sugar

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 1 green onion, chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, green onion, garlic, toasted sesame seeds, flour, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined.

To Use:

Add the desired meat to the bowl with marinade; toss evenly to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to overnight before grilling.
