Pretty simple recipe that really packs a punch! The taste was excellent but after sipping it for a bit, I started to feel lightheaded! It has quite a bit more rum in it than I would normally put in a drink. Next time, I'd make it with less rum or more juice.

Delicious. The name says Malibu Bay but the flavors are more like Hawaii! I've instantly been transported to a luau at Napili Bay. Mahalo! Also, I floated the cranberry juice on top for a prettier presentation.

Good drink! My wife is VERY picky when it comes to drinks, and when I made this she loved it! Heck, she even called her mom to tell her about it and had the neighbor take a taste. I thought it was good, but not wowed by it. Then again, I'm just the husband..... :)
