Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon peanut butter 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon salt 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tablespoon sliced green onions, or to taste Directions Combine 2 tablespoons chickpea liquid and 1 cup chickpeas in a bowl for hummus.
