Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings

  • 1 cup fresh frozen pineapple

  • ¾ cup coconut milk beverage (such as Silk®)

  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

  • ½ teaspoon coconut oil

  • 1 packet stevia sweetener

Directions

  1. Combine frozen pineapple, coconut milk, turmeric, coconut oil, and sweetener in a blender; blend until smooth.

Cook's Note:

Using frozen pineapple eliminates the need for ice.
