Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 10 servings

  • 24 ounces chocolate almond bark

  • 8 ounces unsalted peanuts

  • 8 ounces salted nuts, or more to taste

  • 1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips

  • 4 ounces German sweet chocolate (such as Baker's®)

Directions

  1. Layer chocolate almond bark, peanuts, salted nuts, semisweet chocolate chips, and German sweet chocolate (in that order and without mixing) in a slow cooker.

  2. Cook on High for 2 hours. Stir to mix.

  3. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Drop spoonfuls of melted chocolate mixture onto the paper and allow to harden, about 2 hours.

Cook's Note:

I have made this with a variety of nuts and find that it works well whatever kind you use. I think my favorite is to use unsalted peanuts, salted mixed nuts, and add some salted pecan halves.
