Original recipe (1X) yields 24 servings 1 cup white sugar 3 large eggs ½ cup unsalted butter, softened ¼ cup bourbon whiskey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 cup coarsely chopped butterscotch chips ¾ cup coarsely chopped pecans 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash) Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Whisk sugar and 3 eggs together in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Mix in butter, bourbon, and vanilla extract.
