Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 ¼ cups milk, or more as needed 1 cup raisins ¾ cup white sugar 2 tablespoons caraway seeds (Optional) 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch round glass baking dish. Mix flour, milk, raisins, sugar, caraway seeds, vegetable oil, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl until dough is not wet enough to pour and not dry enough to handle.
