Original recipe (1X) yields 40 servings Cookies: 4 large eggs 1 cup white sugar ¾ cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon anise oil 5 cups all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons baking powder Icing: ½ cup confectioners' sugar, or more as needed 2 tablespoons milk, or more as needed Directions Beat eggs together in a large bowl. Gradually stir white sugar into beaten eggs until smooth. Slowly pour vegetable oil and anise oil into sugar mixture until incorporated.
