Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour 1 ½ cups white sugar ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda ¾ teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt ¾ cup warm water 2 large eggs, lightly beaten ½ cup whole milk ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted ¼ cup sour cream ¾ teaspoon pure vanilla extract 12 large marshmallows Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners. Whisk flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl; stir in warm water, eggs, milk, butter, sour cream, and vanilla extract until batter is smooth.
