This is a great recipe for guacamole. It tastes just like the guacamole at Chipotle®. Quite tasty with fresh, fried corn tortillas. Add extra salt to taste if needed. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings

  • 6 large Hass avocados, pitted and peeled

  • ¼ cup red onion

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeno chile pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin

  • ½ lime

Directions

  1. Place avocados in a large bowl and mash, using a fork, until creamy with a few chunks remaining. Stir onion, jalapeno pepper, garlic salt, and cumin into avocado until guacamole is evenly combined. Squeeze lime juice into guacamole and stir.
