  • ½ cup orange juice

  • ½ lime, zested and juiced

  • 1 scotch bonnet chile pepper, minced

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
