Recipes Soups, Stews and Chili Recipes Soup Recipes Pork Soup Recipes Easy Pork Posole 4.7 (21) 17 Reviews 11 Photos Traditionally a long-simmered stew, this Mexican-inspired easy pork posole stew is quick and easy, thanks to canned hominy. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with warm tortillas on the side. Yum, yum, yum.
