Original recipe (1X) yields 96 servings 1 cup butter, softened ¾ cup white sugar 1 egg yolk ⅓ cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon baking soda Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in egg yolk, sour cream and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Stir flour mixture into butter mixture. Place dough into a cookie press and press cookies onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake in preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes, until golden.
