Original recipe (1X) yields 10 servings 10 flat-bottomed wafer ice cream cones 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup white sugar ½ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt ½ cup butter ½ cup water 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 2 eggs ¼ cup buttermilk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ⅓ cup cream cheese, softened ½ cup confectioners' sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla extract Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
