Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided ½ cup chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups salsa 3 tablespoons water ¼ cup chili powder ½ teaspoon ground cumin ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 pound cooked, shredded chicken breast meat 1 cup refried beans 6 (10 inch) flour tortillas Directions Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in salsa and water.
