Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 1 cup white sugar ⅓ cup butter 1 egg 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 pinch salt 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract 2 cups apple - peeled, cored, and chopped ½ cup chopped walnuts Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
