Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings 4 pounds boneless chuck roast 2 cups water 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion and mushroom soup mix 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 3 potatoes, peeled and chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 2 carrots, chopped Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Score roast on top and sides, and place in a medium sized oven bag. Combine water, soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over roast. Arrange vegetables around meat.
