Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 1 teaspoon unsalted butter ¼ cup chopped celery 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 3 ½ cups chicken broth 1 ½ cups chopped broccoli 1 ½ cups cauliflower, chopped 2 tablespoons peanut butter ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 2 green onions, chopped ¼ cup heavy cream Directions Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir celery and garlic until garlic is fragrant, about 5 minutes.
