Original recipe (1X) yields 54 servings 1 cup butter, softened 1 ½ cups white sugar 1 tablespoon molasses 1 egg 3 ¼ cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon ground ginger 2 teaspoons ground cloves 2 teaspoons ground cardamom 2 teaspoons baking soda ¼ cup orange juice 1 tablespoon orange zest Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in the molasses and egg.
