We’ve been seeing a lot of fast food joints offering value meals and deals lately—and we’re not complaining one bit. Take McDonald’s $5 value meal with choice of McDouble or McChicken, small fries, four-count chicken nuggets, and drink for example. Let’s not forget Jimmy John’s new "$10 Total Package Meal" equipped with one eight-inch sandwich, kettle-cooked Jimmy Chips, dessert, and fountain drink that came out at the end of the summer.

Between these and the value deals seen at Taco Bell and Burger King, it seems like our favorite go-to spots for quick eats are looking out for our wallets. Now, Popeyes has its own money-saving value deal that offers lots of its mouth-watering chicken for only $5.

Popeyes' New 3 for $5 Value Deal

Popeyes just launched its new "3 for $5 Deal" at participating restaurants, allowing fans to nab three pieces of its tender bone-in Signature Chicken for only $5.

Starting Sept. 16 (and coinciding with National Chicken Month), you can head to your local Popeyes to enjoy three pieces of that fan-favorite fried chicken spiced with signature Louisiana flavors and coated in that crunchy exterior for only $5 with choice of classic or spicy and dark (thighs and legs) or white meat (breast and wings).

These guys know what they are doing as they’ve been at it since 1972, supplying loyal customers with solid fried chicken offerings (hello boneless wings and upgraded chicken sandwich) and even some brand new sweet treats, all for an affordable price. However, we’re always happy to score these fast food eats for less, even if it’s only for a limited time and while supplies last.

Enjoy this new value deal now through Oct. 6 at participating locations nationwide by either ordering the 3 for $5 at your nearby restaurant, on the Popeyes App, or online.
