Olivia Bria is a Los Angeles-based writer, content creator, and podcast host passionate about Italian cuisine, food news, cooking tips, and trends. Her work has been featured in national publications, like Women's Health, Glamour, Refinery29, Time Out, and Parade, and she has appeared on Good Morning America.

Early in her career, Olivia chatted with many chefs, from Food Network's Guy Fieri to James Beard Award-winning restaurant owners. This experience led to the highly rated Livvin for Food podcast. With her passion for culinary, she turned to content creation and recipe development to create her own online community.

Olivia attended the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Communications and Political Science. She became the president of her college club, Spoon University, where her career in food media began.

Olivia's go-to dish to bring to a potluck is anything cheese. Baked brie or mac and cheese does the trick!
