There's just something about the heritage French cookware that speaks deeply to my soul, even if I'm not in a place, storage-wise or financially, to be buying each new color that the brand puts out. However, I feel it's my civic duty to report when Le Creuset releases a new color, especially when the holiday entertaining and gifting season is just around the corner. That's where Nuit comes in. Le Creuset Just Released New Nuit Collection Le Creuset Inspired by a moonlit ocean, the night sky, and other magical, mysterious forces, the newest shade of Le Creuset cookware is Nuit (French for "night"). It's a deep, dark shade of blue—the brand's deepest yet—with a beautiful ombré effect. Nuit also marks a first for the brand: the brand's first collection to feature a new chrome knob, mimicking a bright moon on a dark night sky. Nuit is also the brand's final new color release of 2024. Maybe it's the slight chill in the air today, or the fact that Halloween candy has already hit shelves, but this collection feels perfectly timed. And the good news is that Nuit isn't just available as a Dutch oven (the brand's most well-known piece). Many of Le Creuset’s products—including the cast iron line, stoneware line, enamel on steel products, and kitchen tools—will be available in Nuit. Based on the comments on Le Creuset's Instagram post announcing the new color, I would say I'm not the only fan of the addition. "I have so many Le Creuset pieces, but I NEED to add one in this color. Just when you think you have a favorite color, they outdo themselves!" commented one user. Another added, "I've loved Le Creuset, but never owned anything because the colors didn't hit the mark for what I was looking for. Looks like y'all just got a new customer!" The full Nuit collection includes the following enamel cast iron pieces: 5.5-quart Signature Round Dutch Oven7.25-quart Signature Round Dutch Oven6.75-quart Signature Round Wide Oven3.5-quart Signature Sauteuse3.5-quart Signature Braiser5-quart Signature Braiser10.25-inch Signature Skillet3.5-quart/11-inch Everyday Pan3-quart Signature Oval Baker2-quart Signature Loaf Pan9-inch Signature Trivet The collection also includes a kettle, several stoneware baking dishes including a casserole dish, loaf pan, and pie dish, and several cooking accessories including an oil and vinegar set, a butter dish, a spatula, and silicone coaster set. The entire Nuit line is available now on Le Creuset’s site and at Le Creuset Signature Stores, as well as Crate & Barrel. If PSL season is officially already here, that means it's never too early to start thinking about holiday gifts. Was this page helpful? Thanks for your feedback! Tell us why! Other Submit
