  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  • 2. Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, and baking powder in a bowl. Mix to distribute evenly. Add milk and whisk until the batter is smooth and clump free.

  • 3. Combine blackberries, blueberries, peaches, rhubarb, lemon juice, and remaining sugar in a medium pot and mix until sugar is distributed evenly. Turn up heat to medium-high and cook until the mixture comes to a boil.

  • 4. Melt the butter.

  • 5. In a roughly 13×9 baking pan, pour the fruit mixture, the batter without mixing, and finally the butter also without mixing. Top with walnuts and cinnamon.

  • 6. Place baking pan in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.

  • 7. Remove from oven, allow to cool 5-10 minutes, and serve with vanilla ice cream.
