  • Season your shrimp with 4 grated garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of paprika and a teaspoon each of kosher salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Add all your ingredients into your bowl of shrimp, using your hands to combine

  • Lay your shrimp out on a grill pan (or use skewers and place directly on the grill) and place over medium direct heat, so all burners on but at around 400 F. Cook 2 – 2 1/2 minutes, give them a flip. When firm and opaque in color, it is time to remove them, around 2 minutes more
