It's really really good

Can’t speak to how this measures up to Chick-fil-A vinaigrette, since I’ve never had it. But I can say that this is delicious. Google’d sub for xanthan gum since I didn’t have any, and found that cornstarch in the same amount is a good choice, so that’s what I used. Also, I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. I had some cabbage in the fridge which needed to be used up, so decided to make some coleslaw and use this vinaigrette. That worked out great. I’d make this again.

I didn’t think it was possible, but you did it! This recipe tastes and looks exactly like chic filets apple cider vinaigrette. Thank you so much! This stuff is AH-Mazing. I couldn’t find xanthum gum so I substituted cornstarch 1:1 and it was phenomenal.

I just made this copycat recipe and it is really good! I usually try to load up on the CFA salad dressing when I go, which is not often (the nearest one is 30 minute away from me). This is definitely a good copycat recipe! I really can't tell you how good this is... and I have never made a homemade salad dressing! I am fancy now :)!

Due to kidney issues I have to go low salt. I made this and omitted the salt, and it was so good.
