Save the hassle of wrapping your burritos by layering in a pie plate!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly spray a 10" pie plate with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
In a medium skillet brown ground beef and drain off any fat.
Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes or until water is evaporated.
In a separate bowl combine the beans and taco sauce.
Place 2 of the tortillas in the bottom of the pie plate.
Spread 1/2 of the bean mixture over the tortillas.
Scatter 1/2 of the cooked beef mixture over the bean mixture.
Sprinkle with 1/2 the corn and 1/2 the cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake for 25 minutes or until warm all the way through and the cheese is melted. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, black olives and sour cream.
