  • Parmesan Chicken Bites

  • - Preheat the oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit and place parchment paper on an oven tray.

  • -Beat the egg and mix with the cream. Season slightly with some salt and pepper.

  • -On an other bowl add the cheese, bread crumbs,garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano and parsley. Mix well.

  • -Marinate the chicken pieces in the egg and cream mixture for 10 minutes.

  • -Remove each piece of chicken and toss into the breadcrumbs and move around until cover completely. Place the chicken piece on the oven tray. Repeat this process with all the chicken leaving a gap between each one when placed on the tray.

  • -Place one little cube of butter on top of each piece of chicken and bake in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked.

  • -Serve and Enjoy.

  • Simple Green and Red Grape Salad

  • -Add to a bowl the cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream,vanilla extract and syrup. Mix well with an electric mixer until well blended and reaching a smooth and creamy consistency.

  • -Add the grapes to the creamy dressing, serve on a nice plate and then sprinkle the salad with the brown sugar and walnut nuts.

  • Chipotle Mixed Nuts

  • -On a bowl mix the chipotle powder, salt and sugar.

  • -Heat a pan and add the coconut oil.

  • -When the oil is melted and hot add the nuts and cook in a low heat moving constantly to avoid burning them. When the nuts change slightly their color or look toasted remove them from the heat and toss them in the chipotle powder mixture.

  • -Move the nuts around with a spoon until they are covered with the mix. Let them get cool and serve.

  • Fresh Oranges.

  • -Cut the oranges in fourths and serve.
