This has great flavor, but it came out a bit dry for me -- I'm not sure if I overbaked it or if the recipe needs a little more oil. I made it exactly as written, except I did bake for a few extra minutes because it was still gooey in the middle after 45 minutes.

OMG. Totally delicious! This one is a definite keeper. I sprinkled a little Maggie seasoning on mine. Thank you for teaching me a little more on Japanese cuisine. I didn't know what wakame was until I went to my local Asian market. YUM!
