Looked for an air fryer recipe as I was baking potatoes and carrots in the oven and so happy I found this recipe! This was my first time not only making meatloaf but tasting it also. The glaze was delicious. I doubled the recipe, used dried thyme, maybe about 1-2 tsps, oatmilk instead of milk (dairy allergies) and it came out great. Adding this to our rotation!

Yummy but instructions for my air fry oven says NEVER use cooking spray but to drizzle oil instead. Did you give temperature? I can't find it.

Made this in July 2024 - didn't have fresh thyme; added 1/2 pkg of Lipton dry onion soup and cut down on salt. Halfway through cooking i turned the meat loaf over, later added glaze. It got nicely crisp (not burned) on outside and my housemate said it's the best meat loaf she ever had. Well, actually, not as good as my grandma's, LOL....But very good.

Simple recipe to follow. My husband and I especially liked the glaze, it added great flavor. Paired it with garlic mashed potatoes and baby peas..great, quick dinner
