This has been my "go-to" for many years! I add chopped red onion to the toppings list as I love them and they add nice color, but are also easy to see for those that don't care for them. Green onions are also a tasty topping if red is too strong.

Super delicious and very rich!! As others have said, be careful not to over bake since these will cool harder than other bars because of the sweetened milk. Much cleaner cut when cooled.

Deviled eggs have made their way back into my party food rotation because I no longer despise peeling eggs! Old or new eggs, this method takes the cake!

I hate to admit I changed this recipe, but I give it five stars out of principle. Great idea to use potato instead of high cholesterol yolks! For reliable results I recommend using your favorite deviled egg recipe, just sub mashed potatoes for the egg yolks. A mini food processor works great to blend the filling, and no one knew the difference! Thanks for the heart healthy idea!

This is SO easy, and gets rave reviews at every tailgate party we take it to! To get the right consistency, make sure and use an electric mixer and cream together the cream cheese and Velveeta before trying to add in the beer. Make it a day ahead of party time to get the garlic to really come through.
